Comments: I had a great experience. Mr. Lee was able to do precisely what I requested. He installed my hardwood floors and did a great job installing my spiral stairs in the front. It was not an easy job and one big-name floor company balked at the job. The price was reasonable and I was very pleased by the quality and the speed of the work. Additionally, Mr. Lee was flexible and able to respond to issues regarding the job. For instance, we had a minor problem with the original design choice and he offered a good solution. In another case, his employee was unable to complete the job and he arranged to have a replacement on site by noon. The job was slightly over the estimated limit, but the issue was understandable and I am pleased. Sometimes you have to roll with the punches. You know, this is my first home and this was the first major upgrade I've made and I had some trepidation going in about "auditioning" service providers. I feel like I made a good choice with Mr. Lee and I fully intend to hire him to come back to complete my kitchen floor in a few weeks (we need to finalize our kitchen refurb plans first) and I have a couple other projects in mind for the future.

Comments: Jung was very helpful in picking up the boxes of flooring from a local store. I certainly could not have managed it myself and it was most appreciated. Overall, the floor looks beautiful, however there are some very obvious spots where the flooring is split from nailing them in place. I hope these cracks in the wood does not migrate. And I'm wondering if they should be replaced before there is later increased migratory cracks in the bamboo flooring. Jung, what do you think?

Comments: Contractor was phenomenal. [Customer Service] His customer care was that of any contractor I have ever used. [Flooring] He installed wood on my stairs and marble in my hallway. [MultiTalent] by some stroke of luck, I mentioned that I needed a wooden fence installed in my backyard and viola, he did that just as wonderfully as he installed the flooring. Bottom line, I hit the jackpot when I called in this guy. He will be my contractor until he decides not to carry on with me. I praise his work, ethics, and his professionalism.

Comments: Jung Lee was courteous, respectful, and very prompt in responses to questions. His quote was very reasonable and the work he did (with the help of one other person) was excellent. I had him install hardwood in an office area and on 3 stair landings. Once they finished, they cleaned up the area well and removed all debris and neatly stacked up my left over hardwood. They were also very careful about not wasting the hardwood and planned their cuts to maximize how much hardwood I had left over. I was very appreciative of this since other companies I have hired essentially had me buy too much hardwood so they would not have to be as precise.

Comments: Mr. Lee, the owner, came with his two assistant. They came promptly. Mr. Lee did an outstanding job. If I have to rate I would give him 120% satisfaction. His quote is the lowest that I had received. You can't find a better contractor than him. He worked on my condo unit on 10/6. After the job, he cleaned up so well. I can't emphasize enough how good he was.

Comments: Overall Design Flooring did a great job with our floors. We had about 1500 sq ft of hardwood installed, which took about 2.5 days. Design flooring showed up on time for all scheduled appointments and to begin work each day, and cleaned up at the end of each day. There were a few challenges that came up during the job, but Mr. Le always discussed how to proceed with me, prior to moving forward, which I appreciated. I would recommend Design Flooring to a friend, and I would not hesitate to call them again if I needed more flooring work completed.

Comments: We are very happy with the work Design Flooring did for us. They completely renovated two floors of our house. They installed tiles on the floor and walls in our bathrooms, and hardwood throughout the house. They also installed tiles on the kitchen floor and backsplash. In addition, they installed all appliances in the kitchen; replaced shower valves, vanities and toilets. Everything looks professionally done and we love it. The price was very reasonable.

Comments: Mr. Lee stepped in when we needed work done on very short notice. He was fast and flexible, working around our schedule and needs. The floors are beautiful and the add on stair railing job really makes the house look truly finished. There are a few very minor issues with the installation (a couple of gaps that are a bit wider than I'd like to see them and a vent cut out that's slightly too big), but they pale in comparison to the overall quality and workmanship of our job. Mr. Lee and his team were timely, cleaned up thoroughly and overall consummate professionals.
